Once you have narrowed your choices to two or three homes, I will visit each one.

1. An evaluation of the surrounding elements that affect each residence.
2. An evaluation of the front entrance of each home.
3. An evaluation of all areas of each home for, clutter, cleanliness, lighting, corners, Ch’i flow, beams and architectural anomalies, inside entrance and first impressions.
4. Calculation of your Kau number to determine your best directions. A check of the front entrance, stove, and bed directions of each home.
5. A Bagua map of each floor plan would be drawn to determine Feng Shui challenges and qua areas.
7. A packet of reference material including each Bagua map, a five element sheet, a list Feng Shui tips and a copy of a Feng Shui book by Terah Kathryn Collins is provided.
8. The consultation is taped throughout and the tape is left with you. If you prefer, I offer a typed report of the entire consultation delivered within one week of the consultation for an additional fee.
9. Follow-up phone calls/emails to ensure Feng Shui success.
