Okanagan Feng Shui Selling Home

1. An evaluation of the surrounding elements that affect the residence, business or garden.
2. An evaluation of the front entrance to the home, business or garden.
3. An evaluation of all areas of the home or business for furniture placement, balance of five elements, clutter, cleanliness, lighting, corners, Ch’i flow, beams and architectural anomalies, inside entrance and first impressions. A business consultation would also include evaluating shelves, cabinets, electrical equipment, the store front, pathways throughout for flow and safety which may affect customers, employees and visitors.
4. For gardens, all areas of the garden are be evaluated for balance of the five elements, clutter, cleanliness, outside furniture placement and first impressions.
5. A Bagua map of your floor plan is drawn to determine Feng Shui challenges and location of qua areas.

6. A packet of reference material including the Bagua map, a five element sheet, a list of Real Estate Feng Shui tips and a copy of a Feng Shui book by Terah Kathryn Collins is provided.
7. The consultation is taped throughout and the tape is left with you. If you prefer, I offer a typed report of the entire consultation delivered within one week of the consultation for an additional fee.
8. For businesses, I schedule an initial meeting with management to review the process, and answer any questions. A lecture can be provided for staff to explain what Feng Shui is and what will be involved. There will be a summation meeting with management/owners.
9. I follow up with all clients by phone to ensure Feng Shui success.
